The book album gives an overview of my paintings and drawings and is inspired by the design of a vintage photo album with cobweb paper. In album is made use of transparent paper with a fragment from a painting printed in silver ink. I designed the book myself and had it printed as sustainably as possible. The photographs, of as many as 86 paintings and drawings, were printed on uncoated paper via the process of waterless offset and the use of vegetable-based ink. The works in the book are from 2012, the year I left acrylic paint behind and adopted the egg tempera technique.

- Sustainable printed. The book is produced with best practice methods ensuring lowest possible environmental impact, using waterless offset, vegetable based inks and FSC-certified paper. Sustainable printed at Duurzame Drukkerij Tienkamp, Groningen, the Netherlands.

Special edition
The book album has fifteen special editions, with an original charcoal drawing on a vintage postcard (14.9 x 10.5 cm) and a value of € 150. You will pay for the drawing and get the book for free. If you are interested in the special edition, you can choose one out of these drawings. The drawing is easily removed from the book and put on a place which you prefer.

Het boek album geeft een overzicht van mijn schilderijen en tekeningen en is geïnspireerd op de vormgeving van een vintage fotoalbum met spinnenweb papier. In album is gebruik gemaakt van transparant papier met daarop, in zilverkleurige inkt gedrukt, een fragment uit een schilderij. Het boek heb ik zelf ontworpen en zo duurzaam mogelijk laten drukken. De foto’s, van wel 86 schilderijen en tekeningen zijn gedrukt op ongestreken papier via het procedé van waterloos offset en het gebruik van inkt op plantaardige basis. De werken in het boek zijn vanaf 2012, het jaar dat ik de acrylverf achter me liet en de ei-tempera techniek me toe-eigende.

Colouring book
In 2007 I spend the year travelling and participating in several artist residencies. During this overland trip from the Netherlands to China and back to the Netherlands, I made Friday columns, a weekly drawing which I send by fax to an artists initiative in the Netherlands.
